Who Can Enroll?
Both residents of Arlington and non-residents are welcome to enroll in our classes at the same low tuition. Registration opens as soon as the catalog of classes is posted online and continues until the first meeting of any class, as space permits. Under-enrolled classes are cancelled, so register early.
You are officially enrolled as soon as we receive your registration form and payment. If you provide us with your email address, you will receive a confirmation.
A $6 registration fee is charged once per person per term.
How Credit Card Charges Work
Credit card charges appear on statements as charges from “Town of Arlington”.
Scholarships & Discounts
Classes eligible for discounts to seniors residing in Arlington are indicated throughout the catalog. Please call 781-316-3568 before you register to receive the discount. Partial tuition scholarships are available for those in need of financial assistance. Disabled veterans and persons on Social Security Disability (SSDI) or receiving AFDC receive a 30% discount on tuition upon presenting a letter of verification or veterans’ identification. Partial tuition scholarships are available for students who receive free and reduced lunch. Please contact Food Services to obtain your official letter before contacting us. Registration must be done over the phone or in person. Scholarship amounts vary by class. Only one discounted class per student per term.

- Full refunds are given when a class is cancelled due to low enrollment OR the course requested is already full.
- Students withdrawing from a class at least five full business days before the start date will receive a credit minus a $15 processing fee per class. (The $6 registration fee is non-refundable.)
- Withdrawals for SummerFun classes (minus a $50 fee per class) must be made in writing and received by ACE before June 1.
- No other refunds will made for classes missed or dropped.
